Meet DR. SAGAR VIJAPURA, M.D.

Dr. V serves as the supervising physician for our independently contracted Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) — collaborating closely with them to ensure that every patient receives safe, thoughtful, and personalized care. This model allows us to expand access to high-quality mental health services for our Jacksonville community while staying true to the values Dr. V built the practice on.
