ANGELO DEVERA APRN
Angelo Devera will be joining Vijapura Psychiatry in 2026 as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He integrates neuroscience, nutrition, and behavioral health to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, with a focus on treating the whole person. His approach emphasizes the intersection of biological symptoms and lifestyle habits to support meaningful, sustainable recovery.
Angelo began his career in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida, later transitioning into acute care as a Registered Nurse at the Mayo Clinic. During his time in the Neuroscience Unit, he managed complex neurological conditions, gaining deep insight into brain function and patient advocacy. Before joining Vijapura Psychiatry, he specialized in treating addiction and co-occurring disorders, while also serving as a health coach to help patients master sustainable behavior change.
Angelo is an independently contracted clinician who provides psychiatric care through Vijapura Psychiatry.
