BELA ELLIS, APRN
Bela Ellies began her nursing career as a labor and delivery registered nurse, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. While she cherished the privilege of guiding patients through birth and postpartum recovery, she found herself increasingly drawn to the emotional experiences unfolding behind the scenes—anxiety, fear, trauma, and resilience. This deep connection to the human experience ultimately inspired her to take a leap into psychiatric nursing.
Working in behavioral health, Bela quickly discovered a profound sense of purpose, finding deep fulfillment in supporting patients through some of their most challenging moments. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Jacksonville University, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her training includes focused work in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma‑related conditions, and substance use disorders. With a background caring for individuals from all walks of life, Bela brings compassion, curiosity, and a patient‑centered approach to every encounter.
Bela is available for telehealth and in-office appointments Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
