Sara is a certified Physician Assistant who has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care since 2014. Her approach integrates thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, and special attention to the medical, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors that influence mental health and overall well-being.
Sara believes that effective mental health treatment begins with listening, building trust, and understanding each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. She genuinely enjoys connecting with patients on a human level and considers it an honor to support them throughout their care.
She has extensive experience caring for individuals with complex psychiatric and medical needs and knows that mental and physical health are inextricably linked.
Her goal is to help each person feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work together to develop an individualized treatment plan toward greater clarity, resilience, and quality of life
Sara is available for telehealth and in-office appointments Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
